Summer Morning Smoothie Blend

This easy and delicious smoothie recipe originally appeared in Raw and Radiant by Summer Sanders, published in 2018.


  • 2 Cups coconut water
  • ½ Large frozen banana
  • ¼ Cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ¼ Cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup fresh spinach, packed tightly
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 Tablespoon raw organic almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  • In a high-speed blender, combine coconut water, banana, raspberries, strawberries, spinach, protein powder, almond butter, and salt.
  •  Blend on high until smooth.
  •  Add a few ice cubes if desired to make it colder and thicker.
  •  Enjoy!
