Covenant Natural Health Care is moving from our Florence, KY location to Crestview Hills, KY as of September 28th, 2026.
Our new location is off Thomas More Parkway; the address is 2701 Chancellor Drive, Crestview Hills, KY 41017.
Here are some important dates:
FRIDAY, September 25th (Old Location)
This is our last day in Florence, and all scheduled appointments will be at Suite 39. We will close at 2:00 PM today.
MONDAY, September 28th (New Location)
Open for all scheduled appointments at our new location, 2701 Chancellor Drive in Crestview Hills.
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29th (New Location)
Business resumes as usual at our new location at 11:00 AM.
