Shopping List:
• Asparagus
• 2 1/2 Tablespoons butter
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Lightly steam asparagus for 6-8 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, boil in salted water instead.
2. In a saute pan, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter on medium heat. Add garlic and cook until lightly golden.
3. Add cooked asparagus, lemon juice and the rest of the butter. Cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes.
4. Put asparagus on a plate and drizzle pan juices over it.
5. Serve immediately.
