About Tracy

I have always had a passion for health and wellness. Exercising and eating right are top priority for me.

After my youngest son was born in 2006, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and had to give myself a shot to get relief from the itching and swelling of my joints. I was on this medication for 16 years. In 2022, I had to look for an alternative in managing my arthritis when my husband decided to take a leap of faith and leave his corporate job to start his own business as an electrician/handyman. That meant no more insurance to cover our medication for my arthritis.

I heard about Covenant from a friend who explained what holistic care is and suggested I become a patient. Through nutrition and natural/herbal supplements, I have been free of the swelling in my joints for 2 years. In the summer of 2024, I prayed about finding deeper ways to be spiritually and physically healthy. During one of my appointments at Covenant, I saw they were hiring and was hired as a front desk specialist in December 2024.

I continue to learn all the different ways your body needs to heal through many of the modalities Covenant has to offer. I love sharing my experience at Covenant with family and friends. My husband and daughter are now patients and several of my friends have become patients as well.

Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, being creative, and spending time with family and friends. I have been married for 25 years and have 3 grown children.
