"Researchers say that 87% of the illnesses that plague us today are a direct result of our thought life ... what we think about affects us physically and emotionally."
- Dr. Caroline Leaf, Who Switched Off My Brain?
Our thoughts and emotions are inseparably linked together and are electro-chemical in nature. These thoughts and emotions are literally stored in information molecules traveling through our blood stream that affect our bodies at the cellular level.
"Stress is linked to the six leading causes of death--heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and suicide."
- Lyle H. Miller, Ph.D. and Alma Dell Smith, Ph.D., The Stress Solution: An Action Plan to Manage the Stress in Your Life
What is EPT™
Emotional Polarity Technique™ is a tool developed by Dr. Annette Cargioli that is designed to uncover and release these long held emotions and stress factors that affect our daily lives and our physical and spiritual health.
" Emotional Polarity Technique™ (EPT™) has been helping people conquer their chronic depression and chronic pain for over ten years."
- Dr. Annette Cargioli
The Bible says "As a man thinks, so is he." Our thoughts and emotions determine how we respond to similar situations throughout our life. In EPT™ our goal is to discover the original time a particular emotional pattern developed and why we respond as we do. Using EPT™, we can change the way we react instead of being stuck where we are.
The heart of EPT™ is learning to forgive. Jesus taught us in the Lord's Prayer to say: "Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us." He also said to keep on forgiving from our hearts. That is because forgiveness is the key to emotional freedom.
Forgiveness brings freedom and healing spiritually, emotionally and physically.
What Can You Expect in an EPT™ Session?
A typical EPT™ session lasts about one hour--sometimes more or less depending on your needs.
Because all unresolved emotions are stored in the body, EPT™ uses several techniques to deduce
- What emotions are being stored,
- Where they are being stored,
- Who is in the picture, and
- Why.
Then, we work together to resolve these issues based on principles of forgiveness and renewing our minds.
For best results, clients are encouraged to schedule four (4) one-hour sessions to work towards emotional freedom, release and healing.
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." - Romans 12:2
Love, peace, contentment and joy are the result of choices you make.
Choose to forgive.
What Others are Saying about EPT™ with Sandi:
"My first session was very helpful in that it helped me to address underlying issues that I have held on to from experiences in the past; some of which I wasn't even aware of. The significance of using verbal statements of forgiveness towards myself and others was a powerful tool in my healing. I initially had doubts regarding the effectiveness of this technique, but the physical and emotional results were significant and have enabled me to experience a release/freedom unlike anything I've felt before."
- Sharon, Edgewood, KY
"I felt soothed and free when the session was over. In fact, I have done nothing but talk about my session. I have been to a lot of Reiki sessions and this is by far superior for me! I would like to continue my session!"
- Britt, Erlanger, KY
"I have been able to mend relationships with my family, I have gotten rid of most if not all of my anger. Just a sense of peace--overall a great growth process. Overall it was incredible experience."
- Trish, Erlanger, KY
"It helped me realize I was hanging onto things I did not need to. I feel relieved. Sandi is a genuinely caring person. She is perfect for this type of evaluation. She has a God-given talent to help others!"

"The future of medicine does not lie in the treatment of illness but in preventing it... Healthy thinking may eventually become an integral aspect of treatment for everything from allergies to liver transplants and prevention of disease."
